Asymmetric Relay

111 km stronger together.
Your opponents? Only you, the wind, and the weather.

What makes the North Sea Ultra relays special: The legs are deliberately asymmetric – meaning they are not equal in length. This allows participants of different running abilities to compete together and provides a way to approach ultra distances.

The relay exchange takes place at AS 5 in Kampen. There, runner 1 hands over to runner 2, who runs the second leg to the finish.
